A special thank you to Gary Spence for his generous donation of 2 chair mats and a coffee maker.
Current needs are for ‘kitchen stuff like: cookie sheets, frying pan, a couple of pots, metal cutlery, cutting board, serving utensils and bowls. These need not be new or matching – just functional!!
Volunteers
ALS NS is an organization driven by volunteers. The support and services we are able to provide to those living with ALS is only possible because of the work of volunteers. Currently ALS NS needs help in the following ways.
Office Support- few hours a week to help with reception and clerical duties. If you are comfortable answering the phone and some computer skills, we need YOU!
Office Sprucing! A couple of hours every 2 weeks are all it would take to keep the ALS NS office clean and tidy. This would be a perfect opportunity for a teen to gain some volunteer experience and know they are making a difference.
